Cooking Classes at Barbatella

Last weekend I sat in on a cooking class at Barbatella. Chef Dario Leo was demonstrating how to make an Italian rice salad and arancia – basically risotto rice balls stuffed with a ragu then fried golden brown. Oh yes they were very very good.
